arc provided the design and construction services for the adaptive re-use of an 8,600 sf. retail building. The building received a full façade renovation with exterior metal panels, EIFS, paint, led lighting, signage, graphics, parking lot and landscaping upgrades. The interior design included custom workstations, executive offices, training rooms, meeting rooms, breakroom, soft seating and collaboration space, graphics and signage.
